Cosmic Creativity 🎨 A Yoga & Art Experience

w/ Jennifer Mellon of Beyond Chaos Yoga & Art

Jennifer will begin by leading you through a grounding, chakra balancing yoga practice. This process will also allow you to get out of your head and into your body, and it will be accessible for all levels. After this rejuvenating practice, you will enjoy a guided meditation before embarking on an intuitive art experience. All materials and instruction will be provided, and you will leave with your own personal artwork to remind you of this transformative session. Beginners are welcome!

Nature Bliss 🌱 A Journey Into Forest Bathing

Immerse yourself in the serene practice of Shinrin Yoku, or "forest bathing", where the ancient Japanese tradition invites you to reconnect with nature. Through slow, mindful walking, deep breathing, and sensory engagement, you’ll experience the calming and restorative benefits of nature. Feel the stress melt away as you absorb the natural beauty around you, fostering a deep sense of peace and rejuvenation. This practice enhances mental clarity, emotional well-being, and a profound connection to the natural world. Participants will engage in a unique series of nature invitations and finish with an herbal tea ceremony.

This immersive sound experience is designed to quiet the mind, release tension, and invite a sense of ease and renewal. Bring blankets, bolsters, or any props to enhance your comfort. Or wear your bathing suit and bring a raft to float under the stars. No prior experience is needed—just arrive as you are and let the vibrations do the rest.
